I have no proof, but I distinctly remember the chapter and all of it's contents as well as the previous. This means it was not moved, but I read it before this unlock. Consumption records only show one unlock though...

Idczhen:If this is true, then please report it so that they could check and refund you. Chapter are only supposed to be unlocked once. (Unless you have read this during the time it was free otherwise you wouldn’t be charged a second time. That’s unacceptable.)
