HideousGrain:Maybe my mind is a bit foggy but I didn't write down that he has another open slot. Just that his Soul expanded with Soul Grimoire reaching 7-Star and that it was possible to create another Soul Socket - probably.
First of all I love the story, but to be honest I really don’t like the way you handle maria. I can understand that you didn’t want to make it a harem but if that was your plan from the beginning why even introduce Maria and create the mark of fate subplot if your just going to abandon it? Just feels pointless cruel to loveable character. If you really wanted to get rid of the subplot you should have just killed maria.. maybe she didn’t listen to the SHA and tried healing them.. That way you could have just let the mark ‘disappear’ and it might have felt more natural .. now it just feels cruel especially since micheal would have died multiple times without it….
