Comments of chapter undefined of Fairy Tail: Metal and Threads

I don't get how simply disbanding kept Fairy Tail from pursuing any action against the members of the magic council. As if somehow disbanding willingly was the same as being tried in court and not being allowed to be retried for the same crime. Then to only return in.. did it say a month in a half? So a measly 45 days and thats all? It was already rly annoying they didn't pursue anything. Its going to be so much more so if they still don't with them coming back after basically having a 45 day vacation.

So I just binge read the whole thing up to now, and I really love the story, but I had a question. When Fonzie raided the dark guild base and got the 2 separate magics he said it would go well with him and Elicia, but Elicia never got another magic. Did I miss it or was it not added due to some people not liking Al getting new magic?
