good whiskey takes alot of preparation and time to make. the right type of wood for barrels. the right amount of char on the barrel to develop flavor and color. and time to age not counting the actual distillation
Have different levels of the wiskey, maybe base it on age or have some watered down wiskey for the commoners, but make the top quality ones have sky high prices
