Honestly i think she is human just corrupted by the grimm pool so 50-50 i think? Maybe 75% grimm if we are pushing it.
Part Grimm, her immortality is a curse from the dragon gods and her magic is her own when she was human, her ability to control Grimm came from her Grimm side after jumping into the dark water so I say part grimm
