I would have refused the mission to hotd world. first you tell me the world is more dangerous due to outside interference, we don't know what that person or people can do .then you limit my own power just to make it arbitrarily harder? no, if you are going to make a character to be strong let them remain strong .if you want to limit them, then don't make them overpowered in the first place.
