Selling explosive tags does indeed increase the strength of these small ninja villages, but it's far from enough. The mc could also sell the explosive tag production method. Since his system is able to give the mc a technique that allows his clan members to turn their bodies into flames, that means he should be able to give him other techniques like the martial art Rokushiki from One Piece.
