Ah, I understnad. However, I feel you should at least mention what the actual effect of the pill was so that we readers don't have to sit here, scratching our heads, wondering what happened. It feels unresolved, to be honest. The fact that you wrote in the part about his sickness and the present/pill makes it seem like an important part of world building, and thus, the pill's effect should be mentioned, too. Just my thoughts on this

The pill was simply meant to help Nuhel in a certain situation and it did it's job or else Nuhel would be dead at the moment. Lol.
