Poor Reylen !!! I feel him. The betrayal of your own mother is something you cannot forgive and forget easily. It will eat you from inside, until every bit of kindness and trust withered away.

Raylen's back story isn't one for the faint-hearted, as expected. While it's easy to condemn his family for such a betrayal, it's fair to remember that people are normally scared of what they don't understand/know. Regardless, a child shouldn't have to pay for such ignorance.Thanks for the update, Ash. It's reflective, to note the least.
