He also saw how willing Dante was to let Ana hold her own against the pirates so he knew her powers were strong enough to let her go too. Now the real question is, how much of the truth will they let him know? And will Ana be a part of this conversation or just Dante? Now, Benson is one villager I won’t mind seeing go 🤭 guy doesn’t know when to quit 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am sure Anna's father realised from the moment he saw Dante's eyes that he's not a regular human and that he possessed some abilities like his daughter. Perhaps the talk with Dante was to play down his abilities?
