my neighbouring roommate used to suffer from panic attacks , almost 6 times a week when it's serious twice a day sometimes but there is no family problems nightmares except for fainting anywhere.

by far this chapter is d best written- u did a good job describing panic attacks.
many people still don't take depression & attacks seriously but i think it's a far more deadly than any other non-lethal disease
