This has been the most interesting chapter for me out of all the others, if this had a little bit more detail, small description about that room, what they were feeling during this conversation especially wilfred, By god would be wonderful. I'm not downplaying anything but this was wonderful chapter. And I think we need more like this, where we can see in the heart of these people.

If MC is smart he would make a tour of his European sailing and propose to the various monarchs that would host him to assemble a large host comprising of the various Christian denominations (Orthodox, Protestant, Catholic, etc.) to launch the crusade to end all crusades…retake Constantinople and purge the Ottoman ruling class Then also ask to meet the various Jewish diaspora of each country and give them the offer that if they support the crusade they will be given rights to settle Palestine
