I think he can't have children after the treatment and that is why he gave up the throne. May be that's why Rafe was sure Anna was not pregnant.
Am worried the secret both of them are keeping from each other will cause a huge problem for them. is better the come clean than saying " I don't want him/her to worry". The main worry will meet them soon. The should be honest.
I need them both to start opening up to each about their titles, especially Anna.
