I don't see how you made him too strong you said that he has Satan class mana but ultimate class combat strength

Don't rewrite the story, it's going fine in my opinion. If you wanna delay the plot then introduce some multiverse shenanigans to delay the main story and give mc time to grow.

I have to agree with everyone else, I don't believe you've made him to OP there few good reasons why. (1) First most importantly it's your story your MC can be as powerful as you want him to be. (2) You made your MC the creator of his on race like the God who created Angel in the DXD world he has to be more powerful then other characters (3) You also gave his race a fair weakness that his race can only get more powerful with time and for him it's been 8 years of hard training and the way I see it if he does change human or other races to his own he will have to play protector till they can stand on there own feet I mean these are my personal opinion and by all means. Change the MC if you honestly don't like him the way he is now, but like I saw in an comment you can stick seals on him. To hide his power or ask his closest partner to suppress his powers, either way these are my personal opinions I've been following your work since the first chapter and have been enjoying it .

if you feel that he is too strong, then have him put on training seals so that he can go Chinese cultivator on anyone that underestimates him.

I think it's fine remember this is dxd over powered is under powered next chapter.
