Destroy everyone in the duels using only basic spells taught till 3rd year and for the winner to participate in the Tri-wiz, simply withdraw from the final match(stage-3)so according to the rules, he won't have to participate in the Tri-Wiz.

This chapter made me have a bad taste in my mouth because of how screwed over Harry is getting. In my opinion he should both show off despite what people would think of the comparision to Tom, and then he should find a way to turn this back on Dumbledore.
