There are already guesses that CW might’ve achieved more then what it seems but Lumian is right to question what Amon and Adam had achieved by doing it in a roundabout manner. Only thing I can think of that gets revealed this way is that Lumian is more informed on April Fools, learns about Orville on top, and also the EBS church involvement, maybe the grander scheme was for him to learn abou the humanoid sealed arrifact

So besides Loki the only confirmed member left of April fools is Hisoka and he is on potentially on the southern continent maybe Lumian is targeting him for his reaper promotion

Lumian got the closure, Noelia sure have a thing for Lumian! CW condition must be not that great or with Adams arrangement even CW is helpless!
