Main lead is too considerate and suicidal. I hate reading novels with such a main lead. I would've already quit reading if not for the fact that I loved book 1 a bit too much.
Good luck getting Charlie out of there. Charlie is definitely the fall guy, but who knows whether the perpetrator will let this slide.
