It's obvious what will happen when Acnologia arrives the Captains will make him come to the world of Bleach before he can face Acnologia and so everything will happen as in history and 7 years will pass in both worlds except that Adam will have changed a lot in terms of power I think

The legend of Adam will be remembered for the day when he unleashed his true power against the Dragon King, Acnologia

I said it ina previous chapter, but I seriously hope that we don't get cucked out of the acnologia fight. There is another possibility that Adam will get yoinked after the fight when he is in the most vulnerable state, so he'll be easily get captured by the Gotei 13. I shall be observing the result.
