MC could have saved Layla Heartifilia with his preparation but he did neither so what was he preparing for,Even without MC Fairy Tail got a Good Happy Ending so MC isn't necessary If he can't change the worst Fate of Some Good People.I really don't need OC's rather save Good Female Characters like Layla Heartfilia.
He saved Cana's mother because of Cana, Gildarts and because he felt like doing it. He doesn't personally know of Layla or Lucy, maybe he doesn't even remember? Layla is kinda bland in the story. And again it's MC's life, whether he save someone or not, it's up to him, he doesn't own Layla anything
Hasan_Shopnil:But If he's got the ability and knows what's gonna happen and keeps saying that he's preparing for what's gonna happen then could've saved Layla,I think It's not as absurd as creating a Gigai for an OC character like Cana's Mother in Fairy Tail World,MC just had to find that last Key and that would've been that and done,MC really didn't need that much effort like killing Gods and as for It’s being his life,If MC doesn't change some fate then It’s not worth reincarnating.
Also MC should start learning Other techniques of Shinigami like Getsuga Tenshou,Getsuga Jujishou,Saigo no Getsuga Tenshou,Mugetsu(these are Shiba Clan Techniques),Shunko Raiju Senkei Shunryuu Kokubyo Senki(Yoruichi) etc.cause If MC's Zanpakuto does knows the Knowledge of Gigai then she should know the Unique/Special Learnable Techniques of Other Shinigami's.
