I can't help but wonder who the baggers comment was meant for: the mc or the mc's love interest. as far as I could tell, there was potential for it to be either of them. anyway, I can't help but suspect something's going to go wrong here. partly for yanmei to have such a poor track record with her father and partly because the mc is being forced into this. just not sure which one will ultimately be the cause of things falling apart. but I could be wrong entirely. though, aside from that, I can't help but wonder if this next chapter will be the one where yanmei learns she's the only one who rem6her night with the mc
