I don't get the point. The computer should have been connected to an isolated server that's meant for testing proprietary tech.1. Why would the server have access to the internet?2. What's the point in infiltrating an isolated server? No matter what kind of Trojan, it won't spread to the rest of the system.Think of it as an arm that has been cut off. If you inject virus into that, it has no way to spread to the rest of the body because it's not connected. Also Phones and stuff that might be vulnerable are not allowed in the first place. Unless someone connects to the main server somehow, there's no way in automatically.

just GUESSING but he plugged the wrong cable to isolate it, ya they went from "his programming is amazing for example this app that FINDS VULNERABILITIES" to "we believe he made a SUPER COMPUTER" and never added if he has the programming skills that's beyond your capabilities plus the suspected super computer they are F in the A and it's not gonna be ok, messing with him!

By design this makes sense only issue is wouldn't they have intervened so that it went to Darpa for a more integral connection into the system
