Hey author don’t know if your still thinking about the power system but if you are maybe a an awakening like your deeper desire will manifest as a power but it will start super weak and through cultivation or any other method you want it will grow to what your desire had in mind this could make the Mc Strong earlier since he has a big imagination and desire compared to primitive places since he came from a modern setting but later when he comes across more advanced places he can find some competition since they should know your desire manifest as your power so they raise there kids with that in mind maybe add people cant explicitly tell someone or they can’t awaken to keep it balanced late game If this gives you some ideas or turns into what you use great if you already have an idea maybe this can improve it if not just glad I said this got it as an idea when thinking what power system you will introduce
