Honestly it wasn’t a bad loss at all in my opinion. It was a good duel and he only lost from the interference. MC doesn’ t always have to win… plus we got some good drama and relationship building out of it.

Thanks for the chapter ~ Was not disappointed at all with him losing since the ones in the know knew that he got cheated on they just don't like to move... But having Loid got away Scott free is. Doesn't help at all that his supposed "allies" are low-key protecting Loid on that aftermath.

I'm not disappointed about Edward's lost. I just hope that you will be making it up to him by at least exposing Loid (and if possible, beat up Ronald) in the future. Since Loid's supposed to be a minor antagonist in the original game, I think it would be possible for Edward to cripple him or at the very least ruin his future (if he had any) in the future. Loid should be punished. As for Louisa... since she a heroine (kinda important to the plot), I understand that she could not suffer any critical backlashs but can you at least make her feel bad for being biased in the future?
