Idea make mc cure bonny by making her take pills that . her malignum is taht her body generate sappries which are aluminium and oxygen so her terapy revolve around giving her body enough al in her diet and disposing of gems later. even in manga she eat a lot to take enough al in her diet and later discard those gems. so mc can make pils that make her produce those gems but they come out of her like stones from kindeys but small like sand and dont have time to grow out of her body
