How about using Natasha's 'foster mother' to lure her to SCP? Also, is this limited to the MCU or do you want to increase the complexity? The only story about the SCP that I've read is 'Comprehensive Manga You Were Taken In'. In short, the MC reincarnated into the cross over world. Then, various abnormal entities such as SCP entities or entities from other anime appear into that world. MC ends up building SCP from scratch.

i dont understand the problem of not having enough vibranuim.. can't he just use pym particle to supersize the vibranuim on hand?
