Author remember this is a ninja village, before you make your mc distribute the weed, atleast gift the hokage first to have a backing then make some believable backstory for when the mc will be asked where/how the mc will be receiving his future/current merchandises, i suggest summons anyways, the premise is pretty interesting

There's no research about drug use in konoha, no tought about where he will say it came from, how he discovered it and it's property,when did he discovered it and learn how to make the cigarette, how much he can sell per weeks to make his reserves believable, he immediately gave some away... If he does the same with the honey danzo will think he has something spécial and it's destination Root for mc..
