EE…Every time that I read story that contains "Spirit Roots" I ponder the concept of a "Spirit Seed." Imagine a Cultivation World where there is such a thing as a "Spirit Seed." "Plant" it in one's Spirit and it will take root and grow a Spirit Root. Spirit Seeds are around and known; but very rare; expensive and troublesome to obtain—but not impossible to come by. Imagine that in our terms, one cost—O, say $150 000—Cash on delivery with no type of financing available. Or maybe, in this world, more Spirit Roots are more better—but SOME roots are more expensive and sought after than others…You could write a good story devoted to one dude's Obsessive Quest to obtain a Spirit Seed.
