I would recommend having children as extra chapters/side story after the main story finished, as I am raising one I know how incredibly hard it is to work/advance while having children who you want to turn out to be a good human being 🥰 so I think the story wouldn’t be so fast paced/action or cultivation oriented with such a huge responsibility on their shoulders. Also responsible people I feel like only would voluntarily have children when they have enough financial stability and emotional maturity or support from their ”village” of people and I feel like our protagonists need to work on themselves some more before they get there ☺️ but I support them nonetheless

I somewhat disagree with others commenting, I think having a child can add tension and excitement! The pacing of the story doesn't have to slow down just because there is a baby. I want to see more of their two person world first though!
