The MC's personality makes the plot monotonous. Always running away from the main stage and conflicts. I never understood the meaning of isekai within an anime world and the author chose that the MC should not interact with the original characters... One of the things that makes most people read this type of content is the interactions and decisions that the MC makes and what this generates as a consequence in the plot. MC's that are irrelevant to the canon and let everything happen like the original... Are boring. I'm not saying he should have a goal to change every single thing from the original... But at least some interaction with the characters in the cast he should have. Anyway, I'll still be reading and waiting for the next chapters. Maybe you have something to surprise us yet.

This book isn't for me I like the story and I can see where this is going but the mc acting low-key and not doing anything other than healing, getting rewards, and acting like he is sick is not really my thing plus the fact that the pace is slow people are gonna lose interest before you have a chance to make it interesting
