i think it's time to draw a line in their company between father and son especially before the father remarries and has a new son/daugther. they should put boundaries like giving to his father the pizza company and the burger company leaving to his father those bussiness.

Honestly Billy should just cut his father out of the important companies and just give him the leftover like the food business. That father is acting too sus and he and his new wife and child could ruin all his hard work legally.
