This could be solved by hashirama using a wood clone of Robin. Otherwise a shadow clone. he could then have it transform into Robin and have that run away visibly. The marines would follow 'Robin' and she would be able to live in alabasta in disguise.

Amon would be disgusted by Hashirama's weakness of not killing Crocodile...

This could have easily been solved by Robin not appearing before anyone.....and him lying if he were asked about her.
