I actually enjoyed tge chapters well. If only Regina had a diary that somehow evwlyn found and inspired her more. A visit to her town would be nice.

I think Evelyn reacted in a very reasonable way. war isn’t something you just toughen up to, especially when your love is in the front lines. I loved how she took some time to gather herself and decide to get stronger.

It is so enjoyable to watch our maincharacters mature and grow. Well done!!!
