Seems a little forced for her to be going with him. He has been outperforming all of Beth’s expectations so « years » before you could do it on his own seems off. If anything having Celine go with him just makes it feel like all of his training with Beth was pointless. He now has a curse breaking prodigy going with him, so it feels like he learned all of these skills for nothing.
