yu yu is more action based where Inyuyasha is more arc/story building. my opinion at least

yuyu Hakusho easily Inuyasha isn't even a close competition Inuyasha is just one long flushed out love story arc the whole show it's good but action,story, character development everything was better in yuyu

Yu Yu Hakusho is a bit older than Inuyasha, so while I'll say Yu Yu Hakusho is a bit better written when it comes to dialogue it's definitely using older versions of tropes. They're also technically two different types of stories yyh is an action Shonen, while Inuyasha is an adventure Shoujo so the focus and story beats are very different. personally I think YYH is better though part of that opinion might be because when I was consuming Inuyasha the story wasn't done because it had gone on hiatus for more than 10 years toward the end of the story.

Watch yyh with subs then watch inu with dubs. Both are enjoyable. Yyh loses a lot in transition. Inu dubs are slightly different from original but imo better.

hmmm I began YYH.....but finished Inuyasha. not that YYH wasn't good but at the time I was watching it I was still living at home and parents being parents.....

unpopular opinion maybe but i like erica i wouldnt be opposed to her joining in on the fun i know how troublesome doing that could complicate the story but i cant help but enjoy her character probably comes from liking pheonix as a mythical beast more than most others

that depends on wat u prefer yu yu Hakusho is more action. A jump from one fight to another with multiple tournaments while Inuyasha is more adventure with a lot of fights. both are great and worth the read or watch. though I'd start with Yu Yu Hakusho then Inuyasha
