A suggestion, the order of the green men in the eye of god can act as regulatory agents to prevent corruption and abuse of power of the order of the paladins this idea is from another fanfic and I don't remember the name of said fanfic but the idea is very good .

Why would u need an order. Just let them be called Paladins. Its not like they need a hq or something, they will roam the north all the time.

The faith militants are banned in westeros , won't this fall in the same category. If you are doing it what will be their powers and responsibility. Like are the healers, warriors, and preachers wandering the lands with the worshipers of the Old gods. The Lords even northern ones won't be happy to have their authority challenged.
