im gonna be honest, I got no idea whats going on. the where and when in this story shifts so rapidly that just when I think I got it a bead on it. it shows im not correct. it reads like a story where all the chapters are shuffled and as such, I cannot find emmersion before the end of each chapter.

Will he use Super soldier serum? this important item or will it be left gathering dust for an moment where he takes out the serum as a random power up and looks "good" in the overall picture? It is a conquest strategy when you give an image that you always have something that can solve the situation, it creates dependence on your subordinates, famous leaders used this a lot in wars, using slightly flawed tactics and in decisive moments, using the tactic correct and affecting the morale of your army and the enemy.
