My suggestion is Lead Lead Fruit /Paper Paper Fruit/Cement Cement Fruit/Dust Dust Fruit/Bubble Bubble Fruit/Silk Silk Fruit, they are not too strong but not too weak either, also suitable for creativity and flexibility.

ImagineMaker:I'll give him a devil fruit later down the line, it'll probably be a logia, as for which logia, I haven't quite decided yet. If anyone got any suggestions let me know.

Very good. But I would recommend using 'thinking' when the MC is talking to himself. "Talking" is mostly used for talking. It will make it easier to read.
