Since you won't OFA Izuku, have him pick up Garou's martial arts. Thus continuing the "monster" route, and also the mimicry (or copying) abilities he has. This makes Izuku grow fast through martial arts and have even more room to grow due to mimicry. (Sorry if something is wrong, English isnt my first language)

I think the excuse for not giving OFA is very weak its like critizing people with evil quirks. Something like him killing would be more reasonable

If you want something powerful but not to broken would be skill combination, or a small elemental manipulation not to the level of turn one's body but a decent control.

is it bad that kind of find it funny The more beastie he gets the more hero-like he gets and the only person that sees that is the mouse bear guy but not the actual number one hero it's hilarious

thanks for the chapter, if it's not good one for all, you could choose skills like fire magic and evolve skill to fire law if you want physical power there would be rubber body and copy everything from luffy(they are examples)

remember that this all might is stronger than its canonical part
