It’s 4 in the morning, I’m listening to some slow piano tracks and it took me 20 mins to get through this chapter cause I started making up scenarios in my head and started crying.

Though the disease will influence his mentally , I think he is too young to be thinking like this . Maybe you should age him up a bit .

If English isn't your native language, I regret to inform you there's people I grew up with that have English as their only language and they can't even write this well. And somehow there were people in my high school that could barely read. Like, I understand that the US education system sucks, but come on.. unless you have an actual learning disability, you pretty much have to actively try not to learn how to read after 12 years of going to school.. sorry, I sometimes become flabbergasted how some people choose to be willfully stupid. Uh, anyways.. all that too say good job on the writing quality, lol.
