Comments of chapter undefined of Fantasy: I'm Really Not A Supreme Master!

I'm a bit confused with the Fire Country royal family. I get the Crown Prince, but how is the 2nd Princess called "Empress Xuan" when their father (Fire Emperor) is still the emperor?
