With Baelon here to make sure the dance won't happen, the Targaryens will only get more powerful, hatching more and more dragons...It will be a matter of time before a King decides to match his ancestor and conquer another continent - the difference will be that he will have dozens of dragons instead of just 3...

I think while Baelon is still a prince he should figure out how to access old Valyria gain dragon horn and modify it so he can summon dragons that havened hatched
