Yikes. This will be the last chance I actually give at continuing to read the novel. Twice (Recently) that he has been completely shafted and controlled and no one does anything. When it happens again, I'll just directly drop the story. I have no interest in reading about his "journey" and all the "hoops" he jumped through to get to high-class just for him to continue being treated like trash. Getting old, very fast.
Maybe james can lure an incident to a meeting between the old people. I mean you can make a rampaging red dragon emperor killing all the people in the meeting look like an accident right? Maybe he can even lure vali to them or perform a holy ritual in the meeting room of the old people. Also as always thanks for the chapter
Aww... bashing. Gotta love it.... Wouldn't it make sense to see the Great King Faction bribing the MC, a valuable member of their fire power? You know, give him something he values but they don't. Considering how easy desertion is in DxD, the behavior here doesn't reflect a good politician. There's no incentives for the man to remain loyal, especially when the evil piece system lacks restraints and his mentors own personal power. No offense, but all you've shown here is that you believe politicians as theoretically cut-throat as devils are man children.
hmmm Cleria should have survived with her lover and are hiding in plane sight in Kuoh and James should find them by chance and learn about the king piece so he have somthing over the old fools he should present this evidence in secret to the satans also becouse i feel sad for Diehauser and find the data in Koneko's hair clip there should also be blackmail evidence that the old fools were in on it and doing it behind the satans in a way kill them and replace them with there own brainwashed super devils
they are really not worthy of the title of satan, that title means that they are kings of the underworld, but they are politically suppressed by people who at most would be something like a company executive or or those people in an emperor's room who deal with matters and decide the things of the empire (I forgot their name) these people seem to have a lot of power, but the emperor can decide their death at any time
