This means currently there is absolutely no close blood relations between Stark and the other north houses. (That was the main reason why many Lords didn't approve of Robb at the start. After Ned died Robb didn't had anyone from the north to support him. It was also one of the weaknesses that Lord Bolton used to get Lords on his side) Now in the next generation he has 5 children and 1 nephew. That's very good. He should use them to strengthen his ties with the vassal houses like Karstark, Ryswell, Glover, etc so that they don't have a reason to turn on the Starks later on.
