Like I understand the premise is to add drama and tension in the book, but like really? I feel like max has had enough stuff already going on but at this point it feels like max is just being pushed towards becoming a cold person with no care for others besides his loved ones like rudra with the seeds. Was really hoping it’d be different. Maybe I just need to wait and see.

I honestly can't blame him for seeing red and trying to save his son but literally killing his family and almost killing his other son in the process plus friends of his just wow. he already killed an entire planet of people so everyone else isn't much a surprise though lol
