The Seed of Chaos made him arrogant. The Seed of Knowledge filled his mind so much that it didn't have much room for emotions.
Cole_Davis_6048:From what I remember of the seed of chaos Rudra has, and from what Odin was hoping to happen… the seed of chaos was either blocking emotions or suppressing them. Since full control of emotions is what it takes to be a celestial and Oden was trying to make Rudra have no emotions.
