I personally say the refinery spell because that helps all throughout his life not to mention right now first he can sell the potions and supplement his income allowing bigger army's better weapons and equipment while controlling less not to mention his casualties will go down if most or all of his army is equipped with advanced potions not to mention that if I remember correctly it said advanced potions are quite rare because there aren't a lot of people who can make them
