is it just me or did this chapter drop in quality compared to the other ones

I don't understand why people think momo can just create nuclear weapons, to create things she need to understand the object, I am not terribly smart but I am pretty sure it's darn hard to understand how nuclear weapons are built, and I don't mean shallow understanding cause if that was what she needed than she could have just created some sci fi weapons, and on another note I don't think she or anyone else has the courage to make one cause if something goes wrong than at least entire city will go kaboom.
