Most of those moves are very illogical. Let's take for example the one which allows to step(or kick) on the air, do you know how much strength you need to do that, even saitama can't do it. And I don't see how the finger move is going to pierce people with super durability like All might, maybe if he use it with a weapon or if he targeted the eyes, as for the other moves, I think you can make them work partially. Oh also that wind blade thingy is also BS.
