I dislike this chapter a lot. And how the MC is reacting, too. It clearly left out a lot of logical thoughts. If he waits too long, a necromancer is just gettint stronger and stronger. And it's like a snowball effect. While the MC is crawling and so slow (and honestly dumb), his enemy will most likely be stronger the next time. Yes, taking time to think about a strategy. But no to waiting too long. And that's how it sounds from what the MC said. MCs behavior is still botherin me and it feels not real. Decisions and thoughts are not in line with his past life and in my opinion he lacks logical, analytical and strategically thinking. I know, Author, that you are not of the same opinion. But the whole story is in your head and it makes sense for you. But for me as the reader it has too many plot holes and is inconsistent.
Yup, it's been 100 chapters, and he knows nothing about his powers or system. And I don't know if I caught it right, but the organisms are behaving like zombies and are slow. He can easily make them fall into a pit or a swamp or lead them somewhere and then go back toward the leader, and since the leader is also slow and looks haggard, the only thing in his favour is his large crux, which I'm sure he can handle (as he was like a commando in his previous life and now his body is slightly adaptable for him to take action). It's like furry folks cast a mental shadow on him, making him scared of stronger opponents.
I guess the beating from the "furred ones" turned him into a coward and an idiot. That or the system is actively making him dumber. The more time passes the least believable the fact he even was in the army is, let alone his rank. No one who even used his brain a little wouldn't realize that an enemy who's resources continuously increase at a rate and volume you cannot match is not someone who you want to give extra time. No wonder he got captured and tortured, it wasn't a trap and they weren't sold out, the guy leading them was an idiot who couldn't comprehend basic risk assessment. You can't even cheer for this kind of MC, root for the enemy, he's clearly a better protagonist who doesn't have a system or modern knowledge but makes up for it by not being incompetent.
