I think you actually have a really unique opportunity to go buckwild with the eco stranger here. Love interest, partner, confidant, whatever, she is the only other character in this universe that has any understanding of the future (what with her time looping and all) and not only that bungie has distinctly left openings in her character that as a writer give you free reign to develop a backstory or line of communication to our MC. I think you should consider giving some more screen time to her character in the future, especially as she is also a fellow hunter* without the light of course
